About the Co-Founders
Travis Janko was a successful quota-carrying sales leader for over 20 years before starting his SaaS sales recruiting agency. During this time he was part of a $50M Series C funding round, IPO, $317M and $3.5B acquisition. While working for multiple startups, Travis recruited and hired over 500 salespeople. Eventually, Travis opened his own sales recruiting business and is currently helping place hundreds of salespeople a year with SaaS Startups. Travis spends some of his time doing speaking engagements, teaching startup founders, and mentoring agency recruiters. Travis also published another book "You, Of All People".
Angie is a "people & process connector". The value and service she brings is her ability to provide an open and collaborative space where people feel safe to offer ideas to solve business challenges. What makes her unique is that she can easily take on large and complex initiatives with a lot of ambiguity, evaluate all its pieces and put together a plan in a way that communicates a clear vision and outcome, all while tapping into individual "superpowers." She has managed and coached over 150 direct and indirect reports as well as mentored interns, peers and others interested in the process improvement and project management disciplines.
Travis and Angie live in Aurora, CO. They have four children and seven grandchildren. They both enjoy traveling, their favorite location is Kauai, HI. They also spend several weekends hiking in the Colorado Mountains. They both love to cook and if you drive by their house most evenings, you will see Travis at the grill.
